At WizKids Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
